Just like a personal trainer in the gym, Warrior X-Fit’s virtual trainer verbally guides you through the 20-minute workout. The trainer tells you when to begin each timed exercise and counts you down to the end, freeing you up to focus on your form and count your repetitions. You can also change the music that accompanies your fight to increase your motivation.

Healthy competition: Challenge yourself or go head-to-head with a peer
In keeping with its martial arts inspiration, Warrior X-Fit keeps track of your progress with scorecards. After each workout, you record your results. If your performance improved, you “win” the fight. As you accumulate wins, you earn belts, just as you would in martial arts.
