To all those requesting charitable gift certificates, donations, and/or corporate sponsorships.

Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Centers, Inc. receives hundreds of requests each year. Although we would love to support each organization, it is financially impossible due to the extremely high number of requests. We do however, offer a limited number of gift certificates for local charity auctions and raffles.

All requests must be submitted in writing via regular mail or email. No telephone requests will be accepted. All written requests should be received at least 60 days prior to your event. You will be notified within 30 days if your request is approved. Please do not call for approval status. Time constraints do not permit us to notify each requestor.

The following questions must be answered for your requests to be considered.

Are you a 501 C-3 organization? (strongly preferred)
What is the purpose of your organization?
Are you a regular client of Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Centers??
Where will your event be held? (close proximity is preferred)
How many people are expected at your event?
Will Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Centers brochures and/or signage be displayed?
