Many years ago I started a kick boxing class and lost 100 lbs and was in the best shape of my life. I moved to Florida and did not find another class that even compared to what I was doing there until I found Sidekciks Family Martial Arts Center and starting taking their kick boxing class. So far dropped 15 lbs and getting back to my fighting weight. THANKS Sidekicks!! Everyone should check it out.
