I have gone to several gyms over the years and can never seem to stay motivated to go and end up canceling my membership. But I signed my son up for karate and as I was at his class I watched the kickboxing class and decided to try it out. It is the best class I have ever been to. I am so motivated to go I get upset if I miss a class, everyone at the gym is super friendly and nice even though I am a very shy person and tend to be quite, Mr. Cabrera is an awesome instructor and gives everyone in the class encouragement and instruction to make your workout the best that it can be. It is a great workout and you leave feeling you have accomplished something. I Love the class and am so glad I chose Sidekicks for my son and gained the kickboxing class for myself.
